This can be a truly elegant dessert! AND – it’s easy as 1-2-3! We first developed it with fresh berries, but – in the middle of February, fresh berries are not always available – or that good for the price!
- Very Cherry Frozen Fruit Blend
- Mascarpone Cheese
- Shelled Pistachios, slightly chopped
- Maple Syrup (OR – chocolate sauce if you’re feeling especially decadent!)
Warm cherry blend slightly. Mix mascarpone cheese and pistachios together. Place some fruit in an attractive glass, such as a martini or champagne, or in an attractive bowl. Top with a dollop of mascarpone and pistachio mixture, and drizzle a bit of maple syrup over the top.
