Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie

  • 1/2 Bag Meatless Meatballs
  • 1/3 C Veg Broth
  • 1/4 C Flour
  • 1 C Frzn Petite Peas
  • 1/2 Pckg Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 C water
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 2 T Butter

Crumble meatballs and place them in a sprayed pie pan. Mix the veg broth and the flour well and microwave for a minute at a time, stirring after every minute, cook until thick. Spread the gravy over the meatballs and sprinkle with the peas. Mix the water, milk and butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes or until hot. Mix in the seasoning packet and the potato flakes. Let set up and spread onto the meat and gravy. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
