A quick and easy sandwich that can be grilled, made open-faced, in a Panini Maker… The posibilities are endless!
- 1 can Italian Tuna in Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Green Olive Bruschetta
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Quattro Formaggio (Italian shredded 4-cheese blend)
- Sliced tomatoes
- Tuscan Pane (or bread of choice)
Drain tuna and blend with green olive bruschetta and mayo. Spread on bread slice. Top with tomato slices and cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted or make as a grilled sandwich or in a panini press.
