- Cooked tortellini, such as Gorgonzola and Walnut, or Porcini Mushroom
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Button Mushrooms
- Bell Pepper, cut into squares
- Bottled Dressing
Cook the tortellini and cool. Place in a large bowl with other ingredients and pour salad dressing of your choice over to marinate.
Using small skewers, alternate tortellini with vegetables and lay out on serving platter. Drizzle dressing over and serve chilled or at room temperature.
