- 1 pkg frozen Penne Pasta, thawed (or 6oz penne pasta cooked abnd cooled)
- ½ pkg Sundried Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Reggiano
- ½ cup Basil, chopped
- S&P, to taste
Place cooled or thawed pasta in a large bowl.
Add red wine vinegar, olive oil, parmesan, basil and tomatoes.
Mix well and season to taste with salt & pepper
