Silken Summer Soup with Chile Lime

  • 1 pkg Persian Cucumbers
  • 1 pkg Guacamole
  • 1 qt Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion
  • Juice of 1 lemon (2 tbsp)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili Lime Seasoning.

 

Peel cukes and put them in a blender with the remaining ingredients.

Blend until you reach your desired consistency. We like a little texture, but you may make it as smooth as you like.

Check for seasoning and add salt or pepper, as desired.
