Shrimp Louis is a San Francisco salad made famous on Fisherman’s Wharf. Here’s our version of this great salad!
- American Salad
- Cooked Shrimp
- Hard Cooked Eggs
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Pickle Relish
Mix mayonnaise with ketchup and relish. Plate lettuce, shrimp and eggs. Add dressing and serve!
Add additional salad fixings, as desired! Beets are fairly traditional but anything you like will work just fine!
